• Additional charges do apply for transporting golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles, and excessive amounts of baggage. When making a booking, please ensure you inform our staff if you are taking any of these items as an allowance for extra luggage space will be required.
• An additional $20 charge for public holidays, and all services before 05:00 and 16:30 Onwards.

• All pick-ups from the airport are required to be pre-paid before we collect passengers. If you are booking a transfer from the airport only, payment can be made via a credit card over the phone or email. Please note that an additional $3.00 transaction fee applies to all credit card transactions.
