Conditions of Booking

If you require a cancellation to your booking, a refund will be given only if you notify St Ives Shuttle a minimum of 24 hours prior to your pick-up time, otherwise the full fare must be paid.

St Ives Shuttle requires pre-paid payments via credit card, telephone, email or on the date of departure for all return bookings. Please note a charge of $8.00 airport parking is applied to all airport pick-ups and an additional $3.00 transaction fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Refunds will be given only in the circumstances that the scheduled flight arrival time is delayed to a time that conflicts with our programmed bus departure times.
